How Tu Nido Tenerife started
Tu Nido Tenerife has been part of the property market in the south of Tenerife for over 20 years. Pavel Slanina founded it with the aim of offering a straightforward service to buyers and sellers from different countries. Over the years we have added our own construction projects and multilingual support, but the way we work has not changed much: personal service, no small print.
People before properties
We are property professionals with more than 20 years in Costa Adeje. We advise on buying, selling and renting, and we also handle our own construction projects. We do not follow a standard script: we listen to what each client is looking for and work from there.
We work with transparency: clear prices, realistic timelines and no surprises. If something does not fit what the client is looking for, we say so before they sign anything. We prefer to be direct rather than set expectations that cannot be met.
