Whistleblowing Channel
Your voice matters. Your identity is protected.
At Tunido Tenerife we believe that trust is built on actions, not just words. That is why we have set up an internal Whistleblowing Channel, a secure and confidential way for anyone connected with our business to report irregularities without fear of reprisals. This initiative reflects our company's commitment to Spanish Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, and our conviction that an estate agency that operates with integrity provides a better service to its clients and the community.
Who can use it?
The channel is open to anyone who has a relationship with Tunido Tenerife: employees, collaborators, suppliers, clients or third parties who have had professional contact with us.
What kind of situations can you report?
Through this channel you can report conduct that you consider contrary to the law, to professional ethics or to our company's values. Some illustrative examples: Fraudulent conduct or signs of corruption in any area of the business. Breaches of current legislation, whether relating to planning, tax, data protection or any other matter applicable to the property sector. Behaviour contrary to the company's code of ethics, including undeclared conflicts of interest or misuse of privileged information. Situations of harassment, discrimination or any treatment that violates people's dignity.
Safeguards of the channel
Absolute confidentiality: the identity of the reporting person is protected at all times, and reports can be submitted anonymously. Protection against reprisals: the law protects those who report in good faith, and at Tunido Tenerife we are committed to guaranteeing that protection effectively. Independent handling: reports are processed through a specialised external platform that ensures the impartiality of the process.
Why have we taken this step?
Because working in the property sector means handling decisions that matter greatly to people: the purchase of their home, the investment of their savings, their trust in honest advice. Having a whistleblowing channel is not just a legal obligation, it is a statement of principles. We want anyone who works with us or engages our services to know that any irregularity can be reported and will be dealt with.
