Holiday rentals in the south of Tenerife
Our rentals are holiday and seasonal lets: apartments, studios and villas in the south of Tenerife (Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Palm-Mar), registered as holiday homes (vivienda vacacional) and with a real availability calendar on every listing. You can book weeks or longer seasonal stays, for example to spend the winter on the island (see our guide to wintering in Tenerife), and message the managing agent directly on WhatsApp.
What to expect
The homes come equipped and with cleaning arranged; the published price is per month or per stay, depending on the listing. What we do not offer is long-term residential tenancy: our catalogue is aimed at holiday and seasonal stays.
