At Tunido Tenerife we believe that trust is built with deeds, not just words. That is why we have set up an internal Whistleblowing Channel, a secure and confidential channel so that anyone linked to our activity can report irregularities without fear of reprisals.

This initiative responds to our company's commitment to Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, and to the conviction that a real estate company that operates with integrity offers a better service to its clients and to the community.

Who can use it?

The channel is open to anyone who has a relationship with Tunido Tenerife: employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers or third parties who have had professional contact with us.

What kind of situations can you communicate?

Through this channel you can report conduct that you consider to be contrary to the law, professional ethics or the values of our company. Here are some examples for guidance:

Fraudulent conduct or indications of corruption in any area of business activity. Infringements of current legislation, whether in urban planning, tax, data protection or any other area applicable to the real estate sector. Behaviour contrary to the company's code of ethics, including undeclared conflicts of interest or improper use of privileged information. Situations of harassment, discrimination or any treatment that violates the dignity of individuals.

Channel guarantees

Absolute confidentiality: the identity of the informant is protected at all times, and there is the possibility of making communications anonymously. Protection against reprisals: the law protects those who report in good faith, and at Tunido Tenerife we are committed to guaranteeing this protection effectively. Independent management: communications are processed through a specialised external platform that ensures the impartiality of the process.

Why have we taken this step?

Because working in the real estate sector involves managing important decisions for people: the purchase of their home, the investment of their savings, trust in honest advice. Having a whistleblowing channel is not only a legal obligation, it is a declaration of principles. We want anyone who works with us or contracts our services to know that any irregularity can be reported and will be dealt with.
