A quiet peaceful area that was very close to Costa adeje. We did hire a car which I would recommend but everything was in walking distance.Down the road there is a restaurant called meat boutique which is highly recommended. You’re also not to far fromLas americas for some shopping and a large selection of restaurants. The house was clean, spacious and just what we needed.

We had an amazing stay in this villa. Excellent location in a quiet area and communication with the host was very good. We will definitely be returning in the future.

<strong>We had a great stay</strong> ☺ The location was great, the space was comfortable and clean. The pool is really nice. We had a lovely stay. ☹ For future guests, it might help to provide some basic supplies to cover the length of the stay booked, what was there was very minimal which is fine but most places we stay supply essentials and it makes such a difference to making you feel at home.

<strong>Superb. I highly recommend it as accommodation for a Tenerife vacation. Excellent value for money</strong> ☺ The duplex was our home during the two-week vacation in Tenerife. It offers great views from both terraces, quiet and comfortable accommodation, while still being only a few minutes’ drive from major points of interest, beaches, Siam Park, etc., with easy access to all main routes.The host was great and very communicative. Excellent value for money and a high level of comfort for two families or couples. The safe, easy-access garage parking and the gas grill were a big plus. Pool and sun loungers. Located in a select area of Costa Adeje, just a 5-minute walk from Mirador de Fañabé. I highly recommend it as accommodation for a Tenerife vacation

<strong>It was comportable and cosy, with internet it would have been so much better</strong> ☺ It was quiet and good balcony, the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were okay and there was a lot of closet. There were a lot of towels and sheets. ☹ We didn’t have any internet until our last day. It could not be fixed because of the holydays the owner said but in 2025 this should be in order from day one!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Tenerife! The view of the Atlantic Ocean was absolutely stunning — we never got tired of it. The place itself is nicely renovated, super clean, and felt very well looked after. We didn’t need much from the host since everything went smoothly, which made the stay even more relaxing. Some of the pools were being repaired, but the one that was open kept the kids happy and entertained. Overall, it’s a great spot with an unbeatable view and location — would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic week in this apartment. It was very clean and the location was great. You are right next to the beach and promenade. It was the ideal location for a small child as we were looking for a quieter location and during our stay the pool and beaches were not over crowded. Vladlena is an excellent host and quick to respond to any queries. We paid €50 on arrival for the child cot which is an additional charge. The amenities listed on the air bnb listing stated there was a child cot provided (hence why I booked this apartment and confirmed) but we then had to pay €50 on arrival so guests would need to be aware of this before confirming a booking. It should be stated on the listing that there is a charge. Two of the pools are under renovation at present but we found this didn’t really affect our experience as the other pool was perfect for a child. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable week in this apartment.

<strong>Excepcional</strong>

We had a wonderful break staying in this apartment. The view from the balcony over the sea is stunning. Apartment had everything we wanted. Bed was super comfortable , air conditioning was very welcome if needed.Pool was great with plenty of sun beds and a very quiet, respectful atmosphere every day. Vladlena was an excellent host; her communication was prompt, clear and she was very helpful when the internet went down on the first day. We would stay here again when returning to Costa Adeje.

☺Дуже просторі апартаменти, два поверхи, дві великі тераси, є мангал . Кухня обладнана всім необхідним. Туалет і душ є на кожному поверсі.Ліжка зручні, постіль чиста. Всього було достатньо. Дуже сподобалось місце розташування. Легка комунікація з власниками. ☹Були маленьки нюанси, про які ми повідомили. Впевнена що все виправлять . І ми з задоволенням приїдемо ще)

<strong>Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment</strong> ☺Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything you could need. Smart TV a definite bonus. Comfortable bed, nice to have beach towels supplied along with good quality bathroom towels. Key handover on arrival and departure was seamless, thanks to efficiency of Vladlena. Small supermarket 5 mins walk, good for fresh bread each morning. We had a lovely stay. ☹The view is somewhat at an angle, in fact the immediate view from both outside areas is of another building. The apartments are on a steep hill, high up at the back of San Eugenio. A car is advisable, although a taxi from town is only €6 or €7.

Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna gwarantująca prywatność. W bliskiej odległości znajduje się centrum handlowe. Spacerem można dojść do centrum miasta w którym znajdują się restauracje i sklepy. Duża plaża w odległości około 1 km. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bardzo dobra. Szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Instrukcje zameldowania i wymeldowania bardzo czytelne.
